Policies

Please be aware of the following policies before booking your appointment.​
Future appointments will respectfully be declined if the following policies are not adhered to.
1. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged a 75% cancellation fee. No shows will be charged for the full amount of their appointment.
2. Clients who are 5 or more minutes late will not be taken and will be charged as a no show.

3. Clients are not permitted to bring guests (including children) to their appointments unless permission is received beforehand.
